Bongiwe Ladyfair Hem a master’s degree student at Tshwane University of Technology in the chemical engineering field. Currently doing research focusing on simulation and modeling: dimensional analysis of mass transfer in the hydrogen storage tank, under Profesor Kolesnikov supervision. Year 2018 she completed Btech in chemical engineering at Tshwane University of Technology. The year 2017 Bongiwe completed a National Diploma in chemical engineering at the Mangosuthu University of Technology. She did her in-service training at UMgungundlovu district municipality as an operator where her duties plant operation and quality analysis and monitoring. Furthermore, she was awarded a class 3 certificate underwater treatment.
She is a motivated student with an open mind for learning, who has gained leadership skills in the sport management team and enectus organization at a university level. Born on the 1st of October 1993 in a small town called Kokstad, in KwaZulu-Natal. Raised by a widowed father as a single parent with her two siblings. She then chose Physical sciences, Mathematics, and Life sciences as her main subjects, as her goal was to one day be a scientist and be part of the group who are changing the world for better through science. A strong, talented, hardworking woman whose, not a quitter and because of her competitive nature she's always looking to better her self in whatever task that may be at hand.
