Bongani Godfrey Manzini

DENG CHEMICAL ENGINEERING STUDENT

I Bongani Godfrey Manzini was in born in Soshanguve to King William Manzini and Ntombi Roseline Manzini (Advocate and Retired Matron) respectively. I started my education at a local primary school, Siphamandla Primary School. I then went on to complete my matric at Himalaya Secondary School in Laudium. I had a passion for chemistry and mathematics then decided to study chemical engineering.

 

I was then enrolled at Tshwane University of Technology, where I was introduced to Thermodynamics and Process Control, I enjoyed process control more because of the manner it was offered. I then went on to work at the South African Breweries for from 2008-2010. I Graduated in 2010 for my national diploma, focused on football for a year then started my BTech degree with UNISA and Completed it with Tshwane University of Technology. In 2014 I started with my MTECH degree studying the recovery of Cobalt from varying waste materials. In 2019 I started my DEng degree studying the Optimization of hydrogen supply system to increase fuel cell operability.
